DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Works as part of a team including the Chief Technologist, Administrative Director, and Radiologists to provide a high standard of care to all of our patients to include fluoroscopy, general diagnostic, operating room, trauma room, and portable procedures. SUPERVISION: Reports directly to Nurse Manager and/or Charge Nurse RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Effectively identifies and solves problems in reference to radiology equipment, patient care or radiation safety. Consistently communicates abnormal variances to Charge nurse, Circulating RN or Nurse Manager. Advanced MRI Tech DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Performs a variety of technical diagnostic examinations associated with the operation of MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images of any designated portion of the body. Reports directly to the Administrative Director of Radiology and/or Medical Director of Radiology. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Plan of Care: Performs diagnostic imaging exams as ordered.
