Dates: ASAP - ongoing Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Call: Some night call Weekends: Occasional Coverage: Every weekday for continuity of care Outpatient clinic only Procedures: None required Clinical responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy, Conduct new patient consultations (history, imaging, pathology review), Develop and oversee treatment plans with physicists and dosimetry, Provide follow-up care and survivorship planning, Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (medical oncology, surgery, support staff) Minimum commitment: 2 consecutive weeks Able to provide consistent weekday coverage for continuity of care Willing to take some night call and occasional weekends Comfort working outpatient-only with no rounding or procedures

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p CST Assignment Length: Long-term coverage Setting: Breast Imaging Center with routine breast imaging and procedural responsibilities Call: No call responsibilities Productivity Expectation: Approximately 50 RVUs per shift Required Skills: Comprehensive Breast Imaging including screening and diagnostic mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, ABUS (Automated Breast Ultrasound), breast MRI, and image-guided breast procedures Procedures: Stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound-guided biopsies, MRI-guided biopsies, needle localizations, and specimen radiography Board Status: Board Certified required (Radiology) Licensure: Active state license required Credentialing: Approximately 60-120 days Technology: RPCE and Mosaic imaging platforms

Dates: 12/26-12/30 (will possible additional dates needed) Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic plus light 24-hour call coverage Patient Volume: Approximately 20 clinic patients daily EMR: Epic Primarily outpatient clinic coverage Minimal hospital consults and call responsibilities Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted Minimum 2 years of experience required Active Illinois license required

Schedule: 7 days/week, 7:00a-5:30p CST; long-term remote coverage Setting: Fully remote teleradiology covering multiple modalities Patient Volume: Productivity-based workload with minimum 70 RVUs per shift Required Skills: General diagnostic radiology across body, neuro, and breast imaging Board Status: Board Certified required Licensure: Illinois license required Support: Established remote workflow with consistent daily volume and structured coverage model
