The RN position will be responsible for supervising care given by LPNs, HCAs, NACs and other non-license personnel, while also acting as a patient advocate from newborn to geriatric care. PAY: According to the Union Contract-$22.19 - $36.20, based on experience, EOE, DOE SHIFT: Per Diem, fill in, on call/weekends, holidays, nights, evenings if needed MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:   Has professional responsibilities for planning, performing, evaluating, and reporting CLIA'88 waived testing. This includes preanalytical, analytical and post‑analytical function; performing quality control and quality assurance activities; monitoring supply inventory; blood draws and establishing and/or maintaining communications with health care providers, and patients, other hospital personnel and other organizations.
