Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for teaching, training, correction of procedural/instrument issues increase through the range of MLS I to MLS III. This day shift position is for the Flow Cytometry and Immunology Department. Flow cytometry technologists perform highly complex testing such as Malignant Leukocyte Immunophenotyping and Stem Cell analysis. The ability to multitask in a busy section and work in a small team environment is required in Flow.
