Overview: Sign-On Bonus Available up to $7500 Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Cardiac Services, the incumbent performs duties involving direct patient care and operation of highly sophisticated radiographic and computer equipment in the interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory. The Technologist will assist the Cardiologist and/or Interventional Cardiologist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The Technologist must possess a general knowledge of infection control guidelines, universal precautions, sterile procedures, and must work cohesively with a team. Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: RCIS program graduate or a graduate of program in nursing, respiratory, paramedic, imaging or exercise physiology.
