This position facilitates a senior faculty member’s research program through the management of laboratory operations. For the Weeks Laboratory, a multidisciplinary dry lab focused on clinical and human genetic data to predict and prevent blood cancers in adults, the Lab Manager oversees administrative and research operations on behalf of the PI, supervises research staff, and develops and maintains efficient laboratory procedures. This role reports directly to the PI and works closely with research administration and other departmental partners.
