Overview About the Role The Senior Procedures Analyst provides technical support to users within the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and operating systems to prevent downtime and ensure seamless laboratory testing and validation.   In collaboration with the section supervisor, the Senior Procedures Analyst also serves as system administrator for CoPath and Data Innovations software, and partners with IST on the implementation and updates of the EPIC system. Additional responsibilities include performing daily system checks and ongoing maintenance of CoPath and related applications to support laboratory operations.
