DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Laboratory Section Leader directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in performing tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Send outs, Blood Bank and Microbiology. SUPERVISION: Reports directly to the Assistant Director of Pathology RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ensures staff has knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to complete job responsibilities.
