Job Title:               Phlebotomist/Laboratory Assistant Department:          Laboratory            Salary: $20.18-$26.97 per hour, based on expereience and qualifications.  SUMMARY Performs blood collections on patients of all ages (venipuncture and capillary).  Performs routine laboratory tasks related to processing blood and other lab specimens by performing the following duties.  Performs EKGs, clerical functions and answers phones.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
