Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) and a CMT (Certified Med Tech). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs. Compensation: commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings. Shift differentials include: $1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays) $1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays) $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts) Help people live better lives by: Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort,...
