PAY: According to the Union Contract based on experience MLT wage range $32.67-$51.82 Medical laboratory Scientist wage range $36.93-$63.95 Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental & 403b available, EOE SHIFT: Full Time Night Shift 3-12 hour shifts Friday-Sunday, with holidays, and call- Shift/days may change MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Has a professional responsibility for planning, performing, evaluating and reporting CLIA ’88 waived, moderately complex and highly complex testing.   This includes pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical function; performing the day-to-day work of MLT/MLS to include performing quality control and quality assurance; instrument maintenance and troubleshooting; monitoring supply inventory; and establishing and/or maintaining communications with health care providers, patients, and other hospital personnel.
