Job Details Description Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday-Friday, rotating weekend call schedule. PTO: 40 hours deposited upon hire for new fulltime employees! JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of an MLT or MLS, the Laboratory Assistant completes phlebotomy, sample processing and appropriate laboratory testing. The Laboratory Assistant must demonstrate the ability to work with neonates, infants, children, adults and geriatric persons. The Laboratory Assistant participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
