Duties include but are not limited to: Performing cytology case accessioning, processing and gross dissection of small core biopsies and to assist in ROSE procedures for FNA / Core Biopsy touch preps independently by using the Mikroscan system. Staining and cover slipping of cytology specimen slides; maintaining supplies in laboratory; disposal of old specimens; identification and resolution of labeling/identification discrepancies.
