The TBL provides pan-cancer clinical/translational correlative spatial biology studies and is an NIH-sponsored Cancer Immune Monitoring and Analysis Center. The laboratory is dedicated to the development and implementation of spatial analyses to study the tumor-immune microenvironment in biopsies from patients undergoing immunotherapy treatments. Multiplex immunofluorescence workflows include the Akoya Polaris and Lunaphore COMET platforms.
