Overview: Performs a wide range of medical laboratory procedures requiring technical knowledge and skill. Operates complicated laboratory analyzers to provide critical data for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. Involved with instrument validation, correlations, new procedures, and special projects. Performs Laboratory procedures, some requiring advance knowledge and skills. Operates lab instrumentation to provide clinical data for use in treatment and diagnosis of disease. Makes independent judgment decisions in the reporting of normal and abnormal results.
