  Job Summary: The MLS performs, interprets, and correlates laboratory procedures that require the broad exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with minimal technical supervision. Routine/complex testing will be performed across the major areas of the laboratory, such as blood banking, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, microbiology, or coagulation.
