Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary : Responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy to patients. This role involves collaborating with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and radiation therapists to design and implement treatment plans, calibrate and maintain radiation equipment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities : Performs equipment calibration, maintenance and quality assurance (QA) testing on treatment devices to ensure they are operating within specified parameters, addressing technical issues or discrepancies, patient-specific quality assurance testing, and routine maintenance testing and troubleshooting equipment problems to minimize downtime.
