Job Description Summary The Medical Technologist Coordinator works closely with the Supervisor and assists in the oversight of work processes and work groups within the laboratory. Is responsible for relaying communications between management and staff. Assists with problem resolution to technical and personnel issues that surface in daily laboratory operations. Leads team building effort and fosters an open and creative environment within the laboratory.
