Overview The Hospice RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning and delegating care based on patient needs. Evaluates the patients response to care and the attainment of or progress towards patient outcomes. Coordinates care between other professional disciplines as needed Qualifications Education required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Education preferred: BSN License, certification and/or registration: Current Alabama or Multistate Nursing license required. Qualifications Must hold and maintain a current Alabama Nurse License. Must maintain a current Alabama Driver’s License and automobile liability insurance Experience in nursing of at least one year. Must be able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients.  Must be able to lift supplies and equipment.
