JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Successfully completed a state established or other training program that meets the Medicare requirements or has at least one-year experience as a Patient Care Technician in a hospital, hospice, home health, or long-term care facility. Must successfully complete a written and skills evaluation test required by the agency after employment. Experience Must demonstrate a sound knowledge base and action in care and judgment. Good communications skills. Takes oral and written instructions well- works in a team responsibly and independently without direct supervision. Records observations and activities.
