Overview The Hospice RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning and delegating care based on patient needs. Evaluates the patients response to care and the attainment of or progress towards patient outcomes. Coordinates care between other professional disciplines as needed Qualifications Education required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Education preferred: BSN License, certification and/or registration: Current Alabama or Multistate Nursing license required. BLS required or obtained during orientation period. Must maintain current drivers license and automobile insurance. Experience: Minimum of one year experience in nursing.
