The 24/7 Telephone Triage Nurses filter and triage all call. The Field Triage RN nurse will only see new admissions, death visits or anything that cannot be handle via telephone. They will receive their schedule and will be required to go to any of our locations to provide care for their patient. Responsibilities may include completing a RN admission, visiting a patient at an ALF, nursing home facility, home, hospital, or medical facility. The RN Runner nurse will work directly with...
