Overview Provides expertise to Hospice management and staff in social work services and leads social work related projects as appropriate. Provides direct social work services to the family members and significant others of Hospice clients according to the plan of care developed by the Interdisciplinary Team. Ensures that services are in compliance with Hospice philosophy and procedures.
