Description: The RN Admissions position is responsible for presenting VITAS services and philosophy to patients and families in a manner that results in the admission of appropriate patients. They will meet with the patient s families to discuss the VITAS program and explain the benefits of hospice care for that patient. The RN Admissions nurse will not work directly with the patient.
