Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. To qualify, you must be licensed in and living in South Carolina . Interested in in-home visits as well? Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members.
