Overview
Network Support Technician provides quality on site support to Huntsville Hospital users with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. The Network Support Technician provides support for installation, upgrades and maintenance of all hardware and software in the LAN and WAN environment. Performs preventative maintenance on all networked equipment. Troubleshoots and performs repairs when possible and coordinates vendor service as needed. In all instances, the Network Support Technician is the advocate for the user.
Responsibilities
Experience configuring and installing PCs, network printers, peripherals, and software across all campuses. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, over the phone or remotely.
