JOB REQUIREMENTS Education MBA or business degree with accounting background preferred.   Must be licensed in the State of Arkansas to practice Physical Therapy. CPR certified Experience Prefer 5 years of management experience and direct patient care experience in Rehab Services industry but not required. Should have working knowledge of computers, financial software, and spreadsheet software.  Should have experience in setting up new operating systems and training accounting and clinic personnel in financial and internal control procedures.  Should have working knowledge in developing operating policies and procedures for all aspects of financial and personnel policies and procedures.
