MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate is a flexible problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute across all areas of IT - from cabling and desktop support to networking, server administration, and cybersecurity. This position plays a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure that powers our rural hospital's clinical, administrative, and operational systems. On-site role with standard weekday hours: occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or maintenance windows. Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation. The on-call schedule is shared among coworkers, each covering one week at a time.
