Seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant who is very comfortable with a full-scope Emergency Medicine. We are situated in a beautiful New England community located only 60 miles from Boston, MA. 12 hours shifts(Full-time) Average of 30 hours per week, per month ED sees 27,000 patients per year and includes a fast track service. The ED has an exceptional and collegial nursing staff. The hospital has an adult ICU, pediatric unit, adult psychiatric unit, geriatric psychiatric unit and wound clinic. There is 24/7 specialist coverage in cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, general surgery and pediatrics as well as a strong hospitalist service. We are bringing on experience Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with pediatric intensive care unit (ICU) experience with our team in Boston, Mass. This locum tenen assignment will be for 13-weeks initially and will be needed in ongoing capacity for the the following several months as well. This medical - surgical icu is perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule and open to working days and/or nights.
