The Department of Pharmacy at Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Emergency Medicine to join our team. This pharmacist will be working decentralized in the Emergency Department to support an expansion in ED Pharmacy coverage, working with a medication reconciliation technician, respond to code/stroke events in the ED, and will have teaching opportunities within our Pharmacy Residency Program. This position will operate on a predominantly Monday-Friday schedule, with rotating weekends/holidays, and overnight coverage as needed. Pharmacists work closely with other health care practitioners to meet the various needs of our patients.
