About the Role The Benefits Services Associate administers and effectively communicates University Hospital’s benefits programs, ensuring compliance with State of New Jersey regulations and University Hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, and supplemental benefit plans. Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and payroll deductions accurately and in a timely manner. Counsel employees on health, welfare, and retirement benefits, and conduct new hire benefits orientations. Maintain accurate electronic benefits records and perform audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
