Position Title: Care Team Associate (CTA) - Surgical Oncology - Nights Department: Surgical Oncology Job Description: OU Health's Surgical Oncology unit has recently expanded to 36 beds, and 9 step-down beds, in our new state-of-the-art adult patient tower! This unit boasts a fast-paced environment providing care to patients in various stages of their surgical journey (pre-surgery, post-surgery or considering surgery) in the gynecology, urology, colorectal and surgery oncology (Hepatobiliary and Complex GI) specialties. The average stay for patients ranges from 48-72 hours to one week. RNs on this unit have large support from both Care Team Associates and Health Unit Coordinators.
