Her lab integrates the latest techniques across multiple disciplines to understand mechanisms of podocyte- and tubular-mediated kidney disease. These techniques include organ-on-a-chip technology, intravital microscopy, Superresolution imaging, CRISPR gene editing, stem cell engineering, and mass spectrometry, among others.
