Description The Nurse Health Educator is a key clinical team member within both the CTI and TRS components, responsible for providing medical care, health education, and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs. The RN ensures that all medical care is integrated into each participant's overall treatment plan, working in close collaboration with the Consultant Psychiatrist, clinical team, and care management staff.
