What We Offer: Join the Hilton Head ED Team as an RN!     Location: Float between  Hilton Head Hospital - 25 Hospital Center Blvd, Hilton Head, South Carolina  AND Bluffton FSED - 8 Parkside Ave, Bluffton, SC   Shift: 7pm-7am - weekend and holiday rotation required   Status: Full Time     Relocation assistance may be available.   Our  Emergency Department  is a 25-bed unit that specializes in providing immediate medical care for patients with severe or urgent illnesses or injuries. It is equipped to handle a wide range of services, including initial assessment, treatment, stabilization, emergencies, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions and potentially admission to the hospital.
