The Department of Pediatrics Complex Care Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin seeks a board certified / board eligible physician to join our expanding Division. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus . We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care.
Position Highlights:
Direct Care and Medical Care Coordination: Use care coordination as a strategy to assist in implementing the plan of care for special needs patients in collaboration with the family, nurses and physicians in the Complex Care Program, primary care, subspecialists and other providers.
