We re hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. To qualify, you must be licensed in and living in South Carolina . Interested in in-home visits as well? Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member s home.
