Apply Job Type Full-time Description Serves as a role model, consultant, change agent, and facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for the nursing staff utilizing evidence based practice. Promotes quality patient care by orienting, educating, and supervising nursing personnel while remaining clinically competent in all aspects of patient care. Assists Director with maintaining and monitoring compliance with staff educational requirements and certifications. Has full access to patient health information.
