Job Summary The Nurse Educator-RNC provides clinical education to nursing staff, students and others in order to meet orientation and continuing education needs. Serves as a resource by mentoring staff and monitoring/evaluating clinical competencies to assure the highest quality clinical outcomes and safety. Acts as a role model to all staff.
