Department:          Nutritional Services Reports To:           Nutritional Services Manager SUMMARY Prepares, cooks, bakes and cleans up meals for patients, employees, and special meals by performing the following duties.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Checks and verifies patient count and correct diet when in job classification. Reviews daily menus (patient, employee, special meals) and determines the amount of food needed for the morning or evening meals. Prepares proper amounts of food in sufficient quantities to cover daily menu orders, timing preparation to meet schedules according to standardized recipes.
