Family Medicine physician to join a team consisting of four physicians. Traditional family medicine with no OB. Predominantly outpatient practice with some inpatient coverage and well as NP/PA oversight. See approximately 16 patients per day. Shared call 1:4. This opportunity is primarily outpatient clinic with limited call/inpatient responsibility. Schedules are flexible to your needs, currently the physicians work 4 days per week with variance depending when on call. There is a dedicated hospitalist program that cares for your adult patients in the hospital, but they are employed by GRMG. A family medicine doc will only go into the hospital for pediatric admissions. We also have split model options where several primary care physicians see their own patients in the hospital to maintain a broad skillset.
