POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides professional level skills required in clinical social work, affording direct and indirect services to clients and working with a multidisciplinary team in evaluation and treatment planning for individuals, families and groups in the outpatient setting. Primary responsibility is providing various modalities of evidence-based counseling for patients. Serves as a role model for other staff, establishing priorities and goals for self and peers, ensuring that services are rendered in a prompt, efficient and effective manner.
