POSITION SUMMARY: The Social Work Group Clinical Supervisor provides virtual group clinical supervision to social work staff (adult and pediatric) within Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Division of Social Work. This role focuses on facilitating small group supervision and case-based learning to strengthen clinical practice in oncology social work and serious illness care across inpatient and ambulatory settings. The position collaborates with Social Work leadership to support high-quality, evidence-informed psychosocial care, promote consistent standards of practice, and foster a culture of reflection and learning. The Social Work Group Clinical Supervisor also contributes to the development of clinical supervision frameworks for the division. This position is fully remote.
