UPMC Chautauqua is seeking a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Therapy in our Residential Addiction Medicine Services Department.  This position offers a daylight schedule, Monday - Friday.   Our ideal candidate will have a current CASAC Advanced credential.   In this position, you'll provide clinical and administrative leadership for behavioral health therapy services by overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting patient care planning, supervising therapy staff, and ensuring continuity, quality, and safety of services. You'll collaborate with leadership and the treatment team to assess patient needs, coordinate appropriate levels of care and community resources, support staff training and development, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide operational support to maintain effective program performance.
