The physician will dedicate 30-70% of the time daily, to ensuring the daily operations of our Home-Based Primary Care Program are occurring safely and efficiently. Our program currently serves >550 home-bound Veterans around Oklahoma City and Lawton, Oklahoma and is the largest HBPC Program in our region. The major aspects of the work are focused on clinical consultation and team collaboration, program leadership, program management, quality assurance, performance improvement, evaluation and supervision of HBPC medical providers, and other specific duties and coverage as assigned.
