Hello Dr. My name is Jason Talbot and I am searching for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work in a primary care clinic on a permanent basis in either Huntsville, Alabama or at a new facility in Birmingham, Alabama.This provider will be providing primary care to employees and their dependents through an employer-paid concierge medical practice which will be free from fee-for-service models of reimbursements from public and private payers. This practice is designed to provide a premium service to patients by focusing on quality and maintaining a patient-first mindset. This is accomplished by allowing the physician to spend 40 minutes per appointment for new patients and 20 minutes per appointment for follow up patients. In addition a full array of support staff is available including Nurse Practitioner, RN, LPN, MA and administrative.
