ChristianaCare's Psychosocial Oncology department at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center is looking to hire a Full Time Behavioral Health Therapist II- Psychosocial Coordinator . This clinical team member will provide high-quality professional social work services that enhance the quality of patient care at Christiana Care through the provision of psychosocial screening and intake, interdisciplinary consultation, complex care coordination, resource identification and navigation, development and delivery of support and psychoeducational groups, and educational services for patients and caregivers affected by cancer.  They will provide ongoing clinical and programmatic collaboration with the Psychosocial Oncology program within Behavioral Health and the Helen F.
