The Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan. Working within the scope of practice at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the PA works both independently and in collaboration with supervising physicians and other health care providers. The PA plays a key role in improving health outcomes, addressing healthcare disparities, and ensuring accessible care for medically underserved populations. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, imaging, and EKGs. Prescribe medications and develop patient management plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
