A facility on Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan needs 8-10 shifts covered at a walk-in clinic starting in September 2022 and ongoing September 2022 - Ongoing Walk-In Clinic 15 - 30 patients per day Athena and Meditech EMR Hours: 9 am -7 pm Support Staff: Provider will work with a medical assistant or RN who will room the patients Ages: 3 months - geriatric Skills: Suturing, removal of foreign bodies and perform Basic tests (strep, pregnancy, etc), etc. Clinic sees 5,500 patients annually and is located at a location 4 miles from the hospital Housing and Transportation provided Occurrence Based malpractice provided Assistance with onboarding provided

Clinic 8-5. No weekends/nights call unless the physician is able to help with "peds" call. (hospital admits/nursery). Volume small. 100 deliveries/year very minimal peds admits. Willing to accept adult medicine only if available. Peds would be a small portion of the clinic panel. Call only if the locums is FP and able to perform "peds/nursery call for the hospital".
