JOB SUMMARY The  Registered Nurse at North Mississippi Health Services Systems is responsible for providing safe, quality patient care using the nursing process, maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires leadership skills in prioritizing, delegating, and evaluating work assignments, as well as effective problem-solving abilities to respond to changing patient needs. This LPN or CMA works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with two weekdays off. No holiday or on-call rotations are required, but two Saturday shifts will be required every six months.
